DBTAC-Initiated Research Projects

In each regional DBTAC, there is a team of researchers who work in collaboration with regional universities and community partners to design and execute original research studies and disseminate their results. These studies are reviewed and coordinated through the Research Review Board of the CORC. Findings generated by the DBTAC will provide valuable new knowledge that will inform and enhance each regional DBTAC’s operations.

Original Research Project Themes

Currently, the DBTAC research projects are organized around a handful of common themes.

Researchers have begun to form Research Communities of Practice around some of these topics, which will eventually be extended to include other NIDRR-funded projects.
