The DBTAC Network of ADA Training offers introductory to advanced-level seminars on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other disability-related topics. Training is customized to the specific needs of each group, agency or company and is offered in various formats to meet the needs of diverse learning styles. Many of the training programs offered by the DBTAC Network of ADA Training also provide the opportunity for certificates and/or education credits, such as continuing education units (CEU), Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC), American Institute of Architects (AIA) credits, and Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

The
ADA Audio Conference Series provides in-depth information on the ADA,
accessible information technology and other related topics to enhance an individuals existing knowledge
base or facilitate continued learning regarding regulations and trends
under the ADA. This Series offers monthly 90-minute,
subject-specific session with an interactive opportunity for questions
and answers. Each session is delivered via telephone, real-time
streaming text and audio via the Internet. Transcripts and audio recordings
from previous sessions are also available in the ADA Audio Conference Series Archives

This Web course introduces best practices for effectively working and interacting with customers who have disabilities. The course content is self-paced and organized into 15 topics that include eight case studies and core concepts such as Disability Etiquette, the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), and the ADA.

Online professional development courses and certificate programs for managers, practitioners, advocates and policy makers in the disability field that are designed to improve and enhance effectiveness in supporting employment outcomes and greater economic self-sufficiency for people with disabilities. Each course consists of interactive multimedia presentations and downloadable PowerPoint course materials presented by instructors from the Employment and Disability Institute (EDI) at Cornell University's Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) School.
